Apple & Pear Mimosa


 Serves 4


  • 1 Bottle Methode Cap Classique (We recommend the newly released Cederberg MCC.)
  • 350 ml Sparkling Apple Juice
  • 350 ml Cloudy Pear Juice


  • Apple thinly sliced
  • Lime thinly sliced


Fill each glass 2/3rds with the MCC and then top up with an equal mixture of chilled apple – and pear juice. Garnish with freshly sliced apple and lime.
