Our New Year’s cocktails draw inspiration from the classic tale of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. The contrast between light and dark.

SERVES 4  

  • 120 ml Banana Liqueur
  • 60 ml Crème de Cacao Liqueur Cream (to top the drink up with.)
  • 4 Vanilla Macarons (We bought our delicious macarons from Cassis)

Fill glass with ice. 

Pour in the banana liqueur and crème de cacao.

Top up with the cream and garnish with a vanilla macaron.

SERVES 4  

  • 500 ml Stout (We used Triggerfish Brewing, Empowered Stout)
  • 2 shots Espresso, cooled
  • 2 shots Whiskey Single Malt
  • 4 Whiskey macarons (We bought our delicious macarons from Cassis)

Place half a shot espresso and half a shot whiskey in each glass.

Top up with Stout and top with a whiskey macaron for garnish.
