Rosemary Gin Lemonade

1 cup The Generals Gin

½ Cup Lemon Juice

60 ml Rosemary Simple Syrup

400 ml soda water

Rosemary sprigs {for garnish}

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

2 Rosemary sprigs

1.   Start by making the rosemary simple syrup. I keep the extra syrup in my fridge {then you can whip this drink together in no time}.

2.   In a pot add the sugar and water together and place over heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Take the pot off the heat and while the syrup is still hot add the sprigs of rosemary and leave to cool.

3.   When the syrup is cool divide the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup between four glasses.

4.   Top up with soda water and garnish with a sprig of rosemary that can serve as a cocktail stirrer.
